Land development and sales specialist

Tasks:

  • Taking proper care of incoming enquiries
  • Presenting development lands to potential clients
  • Following up on open offers with clients
  • Participation in partner acquisitions, cold calls
  • Preparing introduction presentations and offers
  • Keeping database and platforms up to date
  • New contract preparation and modifications according to negotiations results
  • Participation in city development regulation and local building regulation modifications
  • Cooperation with Development Team and participation in other team members’ projects
  • Boosting online and offline marketing activity related to our land porfolio, maintaining and updating related web sites
  • Administrative support (Excel, Powepoint) of the Development team leader
  • Preparation of reports
  • Organizing day-to-day documentation

Your profile:

  • University/College degree
  • Active English knowledge, both in verbal and written
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or/and account management
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, AutoCad skill is an advantage
  • Open minded and creative spirit with positivity
  • Team player but independent enough to find a solution alone if needed
  • Having real estate experience is an advantage but not a must 
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Can work under pressure
  • Structured in his/her daily work
  • Having the sense of easily contacting and negotiating with potential partners
